Snoring: Sleep disorders are not only related to sleeplessness but also relate to problems while sleeping. Snoring is one of them. Snoring is the hoarse sound that occurs when air flows past relaxed tissues in your throat, causing the tissues to vibrate as you breathe. Nearly everyone snores now and then, but for some people, it can be a chronic problem. Sometimes it may also indicate a serious health condition like sleep apnea.

These brief periods of stopped breathing lead to a reduction in the blood’s oxygen level, causing a person’s body to be jolted awake. If you snore loudly and feel tired even after a full night’s sleep, you might have sleep apnea.

Restless Legs Syndrome: RLS or restless legs syndrome is a condition that causes an uncontrollable and pressing urge to move your legs, usually because of an uncomfortable sensation like if someone is inserting pins or needles in the leg, or bugs crawling up the legs, etc. RLS generally worsens up with the growing age and time.
