Once your baby is four months old, they have already started to sleep an adult. And with the sleep regressions waking up in the night becomes more of a habit rather than an accident.

The eight-month sleep regression is also widespread among the kids. After this age, most of the babies start getting into physical activities. And along with this, their brain even starts developing during this stage. And not just this they are also getting into languages and also getting their teeth. And with this, their habit of waking up in the middle of the night increases. As a parent, you will have to wake up again and again, and you will only get short naps.

The eleven-month sleep regression is something complicated for the parents to handle. But it is less common when compared to the other types of sleep regressions. As a parent, you will notice that at this age, your kid will start revolting against going for a second nap. When you go away from them, they might feel anxious about the same, which can make them go through sleep regressions. It is better that you take them along and make them sleep with you if separation is a problem.
